Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
½ cup buttermilk
1 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
1 tbs diced shallot
1 tsp dill
3 drops tabasco
½ tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp cracked black pepper
Preparation
1.     Mix all ingredients until fully incorporated
2.     Allow to chill for 2-4 hours
