Ingredients
28 oz mango purée
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup achiote paste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup tequila
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp mustard
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
Bring to a low boil stirring consistently.
Reduce to desired consistency.
