Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard with white wine
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk/blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
